Applications

With a PC, this controller, three stepper drivers and three motors you can realize machines such:

Plotters for laminate cutting and engraving.
Plasma plotters for metals.
3D Milling and prototyping.
Adhesive distribution.
Retrofitting.
PCB prototyping.

How does it work?

The PC communicate with the controller through the serial RS232 Line. The controller generate the step frequency for the three axis relative to the path sent by the PC. Only few hours are necessary to configure and learn the simple commands of the controller. You only have to draw your path with a generic CAD that can export the HPGL format.
This controller is the result of years of experience in the robotic field. Actually many plotter for different functions are working (metals and plastic engraving, laser cutting, plasma cutting, milling, PCB prototyping). The three axis interpolation allow the 3D prototyping. A most important feature of this controller is the Contouring, this mean that the paths are executed continuously even if the path is composed by several segments.

Which software use?
